There’s just something about eating a ton of ingredients
smashed between two pieces of bread that brings a person joy.
When you’re gluten-free, the idea of a sandwich is always enticing.
I found a whole-in-the-wall health food store in Denton the other day,
and they carried this flaxseed bread that I had never seen.
It looked healthy, so obviously I bought it.
When I got home, the only veggies I had were tomato, avocado, and spinach…
so I used them to make a vegan, gf sandwich!
-Flaxseed (or any gluten free) bread
-Half of an avocado, mashed
…Do you really need instructions?
You know how to make a sandwich…
But just in case:
STEP 1 – Spread the mashed avocado onto the two pieces of bread
STEP 2 – Slice tomatoes, and place it on the sandwich
STEP 3 – Put spinach ontop of the tomatoes
STEP 4 – Sprinkle parmesan over the spinach
STEP 5 – Place the bread together, slice it in half, and eat!
